Ian had always believed he was a defective delta, one with no ability to soothe anyone.
That was until the person he was living with had an accident and wound up in danger.
To help them escape their predicament, and to repay them for taking him in all those years, Ian agreed to the mysterious X's scam-like demand. He would disguise himself as a beta and enroll at the empire's top school, where the nobility gathered.

A new beta had arrived at Grisis, the empire's top academy. Their enrollment records showed nothing remarkable, yet they inexplicably drew everyone's attention.
And so the probing glances began. After one incident after another, everyone uncovered the beta's secret.
That is:
A one-of-a-kind "special soothing ability" that attracts all ABOs.
Under the effects of this "special soothing ability,"
Alphas in rut felt the violence inside them begin to settle.
Omegas in heat were delighted as the burning fever in their bodies gradually subsided.
Betas in a negative phase found light and peace in their shadowed hearts.
Things began to spiral out of control.
Beneath the calm surface, undercurrents were churning.

Ian was a delta, one with a "special soothing ability" that could drive every ABO in the empire wild.
But was he really just a delta?

Reader's Guide:
1. The story focuses on the bottom and features a protagonist adored by everyone. The protagonist has a hidden identity and grows over time, with their identity revealed as the story unfolds.
2. Many characters have one-sided feelings for the protagonist, though not necessarily romantic ones.
3. A wild, unconventional ABO premise. The story has a large cast of named characters: mysterious, scheming, elegant, arrogant, sinister, disturbed, conceited, foolish, aloof, fragile... There isn't room to list them all among the supporting characters.
4. The protagonist is detached and self-interested, but has some compassion, as long as it doesn't come at their own expense.
5. The protagonist is usually in disguise and reacts differently to different people.
6. One-on-one ending. The top has been tentatively decided, but this may change if the plot calls for it.
7. These notes reflect the author's impressions. If they don't match the story, the story takes precedence.
