On the eve of Qixi Festival, a few rich second-generation heirs from Qingtang put together a casual event: they planned to invite the ten loneliest single people in their circle to gather at a karaoke bar that night and sing "Single Love Song" together.

A few days later, Wen Shanyue timidly asked how it had gone. Clenching his back teeth, Tan Chenfei pretended to be casual as he told her, "It wouldn't be right to use my status to pressure him over his feelings."

Just as she'd quietly accepted Pei Shengyu's earlier hints that he was rejecting her, Wen Shanyue silently tucked away her sadness. She had no right to ask Tan Chenfei for help.

Only Tan Chenfei knew that the real reason he'd rejected her was that his possessiveness had become a madness.

Driven by his selfish desire, Tan Chenfei deliberately brought up the day Pei Shengyu had caught him and Wen Shanyue together. He didn't hide the jealousy that had grown more and more unhinged over the years. "Has he ever kissed you like this?"

Their breaths mingled and grew ragged. Wen Shanyue wrapped her arms tighter around his neck, then nervously but clumsily bit the man's thin lips. "But you're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with... my first-kiss husband."
