The Dawn Tribunal [Interstellar]

The entire novel is complete and ready to read. Updates follow the rankings before signing, then daily afterward, at 6 p.m.

The interstellar war is over, ushering in the Dawn Era.

Wen Baibi, the only omega leader in the United Government of Civilized Star Systems and its chief commander, runs for president.

At the same time, the Interstellar Court convenes to try the war criminals involved. The trial goes down in history as the Dawn Public Trial.

The most notorious S-class war criminal is Fu Youxia, marshal of the United Government and the suspected partner of the chief commander who was declared dead ten years ago.

On the day of Wen Baibi's first campaign speech and Fu Youxia's first hearing, two explosive revelations emerge:

Wen Baibi declares he won't get a divorce.

Fu claims that his common-law marriage to the chief commander was forced.

Guard Captain: Sir, good news. The person you thought had died in battle ten years ago is alive!

Wen Baibi: And the bad news?

Guard Captain: The bad news is that this officer, who may be Marshal Fu Youxia, is firing on our forces on behalf of the enemy!

Space opera, Alpha/Omega, older seme, Fu Youxia × Wen Baibi, one-on-one

A double agent on trial, the marshal × an aloof chief commander

Lots of dramatic angst (!!), but a happy ending.

Set in an imagined future, with no real-world references. The setting serves the story and the pairing, so think of it as a little space drama.
