Introduction:
I'm currently focusing on my other novel, "Manga and Anime Crossover: Kunimitsu Tezuka and His Thirteen Brothers," so updates for this one will be sporadic.
With an IQ of 200, Naoki Irie has been called a genius since childhood, which often draws the wrong kind of attention.
This story begins when Naoki Irie tells a delinquent little hedgehog, "A hero is a hero."
A clichéd plot device pushes Irie's sharp tongue past its limit. "Good grief, what an idiot..."
The two cross paths again and again. Yusuke Asahina has bright red hair and usually wears two little tufts tied up. Although he wears his school uniform properly, he still looks every bit the delinquent. Little by little, Naoki Irie's opinion of him changes: he's no longer just a redheaded idiot.
He's a silly little hedgehog.
Yusuke Asahina bravely confesses his feelings to the person he's had a crush on for ages, but...
Tears brim in his eyes, yet he stubbornly refuses to let them fall...
What an idiot. Naoki Irie let out a deep sigh, lowered his eyes to look at the pitiful little hedgehog, then reached over and wrapped an arm around Yusuke's neck, drawing him into his embrace and holding all his feelings close. Yusuke still couldn't stop his tears...
I'm a goner, aren't I... he thought.
CP: Genius top student seme Naoki Irie X delinquent, underachieving uke Yusuke Asahina
Reader's Notes:
1. Plot warning: Yusuke will remain in love with Ema Hinata throughout this story.
2. Lots of personal canon: This story is part of the same series as "Manga and Anime Crossover: Kunimitsu Tezuka and His Thirteen Brothers." The two stories will overlap, and surprise extras may appear from time to time.
Theme: When people are down on their luck, they always seem to run into an "annoying person"
