The Alpha Male Insect Is Forced to Run Away While Pregnant

Loran, a human, transmigrates into an insectoid society and becomes a male insect.

Insectoid society may seem to favor males over females, but male insects can't hold regular jobs. They can only live off others and wait to be mated, existing as a special resource.

Unable to accept this way of life, Loran runs off to a remote planet, disguises himself as a female insect, and works as a village doctor.

Then he finds a badly injured, blind female insect in a mountain ravine.

She repays his kindness by taking him by force during her mating season.

A few months later, the female insect is about to recover her sight, and Loran stares blankly at the egg in the room.

A female insect carries an egg for only three months. For the remaining seven months, a male insect must keep the egg with him and nourish it constantly with his psychic energy for it to hatch.

Loran wants to run away, but the egg gives him pause. After thinking it over, he flees with the egg.

The female insect, now able to see again: Where are my wife and baby? They were right here!

A gentle, caring male lead with a devoted husband-and-father vibe, who raises a child, x a temporarily blind, fallen noble military female insect. One-on-one romance, old-school melodrama, happy ending.
