Synopsis:

When his father presented him like a treasured gift to the planet's nobleman, Lante knew his life was over.

The nobleman oppressed the common people and committed every kind of evil. His servants followed his example, abusing their power and throwing their weight around.

He was also volatile and quick-tempered, taking out his anger on Lante with beatings and abuse at the slightest provocation.

Just as Lante, long subjected to cruelty, thought he would spend the rest of his miserable life this way, someone forcefully barged into his world.

On the night the nobleman locked him in a room and assaulted him, the intruder kicked open the door, carrying the smell of blood.

A cold flash glinted along the blade. Shivering on the bed, Lante shut his eyes and braced himself for a fatal blow.

But the newcomer let out a cheerful whistle and lifted Lante's chin with a bloodstained dagger.

"Stay right here and don't come out. I'll be back as soon as I've dealt with everyone outside."

With his legs too weak to stand, Lante huddled in a corner beneath the blankets. The din outside shook the room. Unable even to run away, he could only wait in despair to become the next target.

Then the man opened the door again. The smell of blood was even stronger, and his clothes were stained scarlet.

Through the open doorway, Lante saw the nobleman lying on the floor. His pupils contracted.

The next second, the newcomer scooped him up in his arms and carried him out of the room without allowing any protest.

"There. Now you're my spoils of war, so I can legally steal you away."

Lante had thought he would continue to suffer the misery of living under someone else's roof. Who could have guessed that the man would treat him like a treasure?

Andre, the head of a notorious space pirate gang feared throughout the galaxy, was a swaggering rogue. He loved leading his crew in robbing the rich to help the poor, plundering corrupt nobles and officials who had amassed their fortunes through foul means.

During one operation, he unexpectedly came across Lante, locked in a room by their target.

His heart skipped a beat. Andre had to admit that the target's wife was exactly his type.

Especially after he finished dealing with the people outside and returned to find Lante obediently curled up in the corner. Andre's heart began beating even faster.

On a sudden whim, he decided to take Lante away and make him his own.

It was the first time in all his operations that Andre had kidnapped someone who caught his interest.

And he would be the only love of Andre's long life to come.

Leviathan, the Federation's newly appointed Marshal, was a refined gentleman, yet also a brilliant military commander. After taking office, he restored the Federation's strength with decisive action and won the people's hearts.

Everyone said their new leader was disciplined, steady, reserved, and never impulsive. He was the finest marshal they could ask for.

But Leviathan himself knew that he had done three impulsive and outrageous things in his life:

First, he fell in love with Yuri when he was young.

Second, he stormed into an Imperial wedding and stole Yuri away.

Third, he announced Yuri was his beloved in front of the entire Federation.
