The Lioness Alliance

Blurb:

Mo Sha, a wildlife photographer, gets lost in the vast African savanna after an accident. When she wakes after passing out, she discovers that she has become a three-year-old subadult lioness.

The pride Mo Sha is in has just been through a brutal fight. The old lion king has been driven out, and the new king has mercilessly killed all the cubs.

Witnessing this cruel scene, Mo Sha resolves to escape the damn male lions and form a coalition of lionesses!

She will become the fiercest lion in the savanna and lead the lionesses in claiming territory of their own!

Mo Sha thought all the cubs had been killed, but to her surprise, one clever little cub had hidden away and survived.

To keep the males from discovering the cub, Mo Sha rations her own food and secretly feeds it.

But she never imagined that this little female lion would become her most loyal companion and closest partner on the savanna.

Mo Sha before becoming queen: Poor little thing, eat up. Once I've driven those damn males away, I'll come back for you.

Mo Sha after becoming queen: You crafty little thing! If you keep climbing all over me and making trouble, I'll kick you out!

Reader's Guide (Must Read):

1. In over 90% of the story, both female leads appear as lions and will not become human.

2. The setting is the real African savanna, with no high technology or supernatural powers. The female lead is the most outstanding and powerful lioness leader, and that's final. (Don't bring up the size difference between male and female lions. I'll give my female lead a golden finger.)

3. Most male lions are antagonists here, but some unimportant female supporting characters may have cubs with males, purely for reproduction. Male lions will not join the lioness coalition. They're used and discarded. What's more, neither male lion will have even the slightest involvement with either of the two female leads.
