When a Villain Decides to Turn Over a New Leaf

1.

Yu Congyun, the demon lord of the Northern Wastes, was utterly depraved and guilty of every evil. The entire cultivation world loathed and feared her.

One day, the demon lord hurried to the foremost righteous sect under cover of night, sneaking in over the wall.

"I hear you're the kindest person in the sect, nicknamed the Upright Young Master."

A bloodstained black saber came to rest against the neck of Wenren Zhuo, the chief disciple and future leader of the immortal sect.

The young attendant was so terrified that the cups on his tray shattered across the floor. Just as he was about to bolt for the door and call for the patriarch and the sect master, Yu Congyun said coldly:

"I want to be a good person."

"Starting today, you'll teach me."

"Teach me well, and I won't kill you."

Wenren Zhuo: "..."

The new junior sister at Cangyang Sect: sleeps in class, never does her assignments, talks back to her teachers. She's completely out of control.

But she's exceptionally perceptive and talented, so the elders both love and loathe her.

Fed up with the elders' scolding, Yu Congyun secretly snipped off one elder's beard and asked Wenren Zhuo, "They've sinned with their words. It's all right if I give them a little punishment, isn't it?"

Wenren Zhuo: "..."

Her fellow disciples grew jealous and kept sabotaging Yu Congyun.

She broke one person's arm in front of everyone, then turned to Wenren Zhuo. "This kind of contemptible nobody, it's all right if I break one of his arms, isn't it?"

Wenren Zhuo: "..."

An internal power struggle in the immortal sect endangered innocent people. Yu Congyun took a saber and leveled the entire immortal mountain, stunning the whole cultivation world.

She even sounded rather proud of herself. "Isn't this getting rid of evil and promoting good? That's all right, isn't it?"

Wenren Zhuo: "..."

One night.

Yu Congyun pushed Wenren Zhuo down and draped herself over him, her eyes hazy with drink. "Is this all right?"

Wenren Zhuo's Adam's apple bobbed. After a long silence, he said,

"All right."
