Demon Lord x Goddess
Ying Huai once thought Xiao Shan was the only light in his dark world.
After being framed, he fell from the lofty position of young lord of the demon clan and became a slave who had lost his five senses and magical powers. A mortal woman named Xiao Shan rescued him and took him to a small mountain village. She pulled him out of the mire, helped him regain his senses and powers, and gave him hope for a second life.
The day he left to seek revenge, he promised Xiao Shan that he would return and repay her kindness. But when he finally came back, he found nothing but emptiness.
The village was gone, and Xiao Shan had vanished.
They met again on the Immortal Execution Platform, where criminals from the Six Realms were put on trial.
Ying Huai sat in the high pavilion to watch the trial. Xiao Shan, whom he'd searched the Six Realms for in vain, was shackled to the platform and had become the enemy of all six realms.
The mortal woman Xiao Shan, who had once rescued him from disaster, was the sinner who had bathed the divine palace in blood, and the culprit behind the chaos in both the demon and mortal realms.
What he thought was their first meeting was actually a reunion.
What he thought was salvation was actually the source of all his suffering.
