Stealing Husbands [GB]

[I'll start writing this as soon as it gets more favorites!]

Blurb:

Pei Jingye, the eldest daughter of the Pei family and future heir to Jing Shi Group.

Always wearing a stony expression, she's dull and humorless. Everyone says she's a lone wolf best left alone.

And yet, someone dares to touch this lone wolf's most vulnerable spot.

-

She first noticed Song Pei because an employee at her company had embezzled funds and leaked trade secrets.

Song Pei was that employee's fiance, a well-built man with a gentle, ingratiating smile always on his face.

The instant she saw him, a fire flared in Pei Jingye's heart, urging her to sink her teeth into his throat and carry him back to her territory.

-

Song Pei is gentle and reserved, with a soft smile that rarely leaves his face. He never makes enemies.

He thinks he's good at managing a household and can handle all sorts of daily chores with ease.

When his fiancee gets busy with work, he takes care of all her meals, brings food to her, and picks her up from work.

His days are full and satisfying.

But at some point, he seems to have caught the attention of the reclusive eldest daughter of the Pei family.

That woman keeps appearing in strange corners, watching him every chance she gets. Her dark, inscrutable eyes make his skin crawl, as if she's licked him all over.

-

Later, Pei Jingye pins Song Pei against the office door.

On the other side of the door, Song Pei's fiancee is knocking, about to come in and report on her work.

Inside, Song Pei is flushed, his hand clamped over his mouth as his body trembles.

He looks at Pei Jingye pleadingly.

Pei Jingye, meanwhile, is perfectly dressed. A rare expression crosses her usually impassive face, and her eyes gleam with something strange.

She speaks like a devil.

"Want me to let her see you like this?"

A dull, humorless, controlling heroine x an ingratiating, devoted husband-type male lead
