A Taotie Cub’s Modern Cultivation Guide

Su Naixin is a young Taotie who achieved immortality by lying down, only to fly straight into the modern world.

As a divine beast with an ancient bloodline, her cultivation method in her previous life was to pop fasting pills, eat an entire vatful, then flop down and sleep. When she woke up, she'd have advanced a level.

She thought becoming an immortal meant she'd have endless delicious food. Instead, she ended up in this strange place with barely any spiritual energy and nothing but ordinary people, and was knocked straight back down to the Qi Refining stage.

Before Su could even get upset about being in an unfamiliar place, she discovered...

Milk tea is delicious, cake is delicious, and the street food is all amazing too: grilled meat, fried chicken, burgers, crayfish!

Pei Heyu is a young CEO who can read minds.

Because he can hear all kinds of hypocritical inner thoughts, he's already become thoroughly disillusioned with humanity at a young age.

That is, until a strange little kid landed in his family's yard. She looked like a porcelain doll, but her inner thoughts were all about cultivation, spiritual energy, and food.

Pei has seen far too many childish kids obsessed with TV shows.

But he'd never seen anyone as obsessed as Su Naixin. On the outside, she kept a straight face and acted all serious. In her head, four hours out of every day were spent muttering about absorbing spiritual energy and cultivating.

The remaining ten hours were spent listing dishes, and another ten were spent sleeping.

[Until one day...]

Su crouched on a toy sword and actually began wobbling through the air, sword and all.
