After Being Secretly Raised by an Obsessive Merman, I Entered a Bizarre World

When Cheng Yi returned from the seaside after clearing his head, strange things gradually began happening around him...

Mysterious damp patches appeared in his room.

Fresh fish and live shrimp showed up in his bathtub.

And in his midnight dreams, a cold, clammy sensation clung to him like a shadow.

A powerful, handsome merfolk hid in the darkness, watching and coveting him with deep eyes. He silently nurtured his chosen human mate, unable to control his urge to draw close.

Humans are so fragile, he thought.

Anyone who looked down on his mate would have their eyes gouged out.

Anyone who bullied his mate would be sunk into the deep sea.

His mate, his mate should only ever look at him...

No, no. Humans are timid. He mustn't scare his mate.

Unable to suppress his surging, insatiable desire, the merfolk finally took human form and disguised himself to stay by Cheng Yi's side.

And yet...

On the very first day the supernatural descended, Cheng Yi smiled as he stabbed through a vengeful ghost's heart.

In the shadows, the merfolk's deep-set eyes suddenly narrowed.

His damp, sinister gaze gleamed from the darkness like two clumps of ghost fire. It was hunger.

I love him so much.

Even... even more now.

The merfolk could no longer control the trembling of his tail fin.
