[Western Crossover] The Nameless Tailor Wants to Retire

Cheng Lin had only dozed off on the subway on his way to work. When he opened his eyes, he had become a boy on the other side of the ocean.

Although his adoptive parents were often away from home and seemed a little eccentric, Cheng Lin still grew up safe and sound under their protection and that of their friends.

He went through adolescence by the book, then went to college by the book. He had planned to find an equally ordinary job and live a quiet, uneventful life.

But with only a month left until graduation, his adoptive parents, who had spent years away on business, suddenly came home.

Uncharacteristically, they called Cheng Lin into the study and told him gravely, "Son, now that you're all grown up, it's time you learned the truth about your past. We're not jewelers. We're retired agents."

Cheng Lin: "Huh?"

Parents: "You're not our biological child, either. We rescued you during a mission."

Cheng Lin: "Huh??"

Parents: "Our former colleagues are about to come knocking, so we have to run for our lives. You'd better run, too. Remember, sweetheart, Mom and Dad will always love you!"

Cheng Lin: "Huh???"

To stay alive, Cheng Lin had no choice but to accept an invitation from an upperclassman in his college club. He joined a tailor shop on Savile Row and became a tailor-hero... no, a tailor-spy!

Cheng Lin: "...My life after transmigrating to another world seems a little off."

A crossover featuring plenty of Hollywood spy movies and TV shows with related elements.

Theme: You can only overcome fear by facing it.
