[Western Crossover] Seven Thousand Days of Hauling Bricks with a Gang Boss

Divorce lawyer Fan Lin got into an accident on his way to meet a client. When he woke up, he discovered he’d become an American named James Klein.

The good news was that the person whose body he’d transmigrated into was also a lawyer, and a prosecutor to boot.

The bad news was that this prosecutor had recently been framed for taking bribes, lost his job, and had his law license revoked.

Before Fan Lin arrived, James Klein had just joined an Eastern European gang that had only eight members, including him, and had volunteered to be the gang boss’s adviser.

As an idealistic lawyer who had always obeyed the law, Fan Lin obviously couldn’t join the gang in doing evil and harming innocent people. But the gang boss had already welcomed him publicly, and in everyone else’s eyes, James Klein was a gang member through and through. It seemed too late to back out now.

After thinking it over, Fan Lin decided that the only way out was to find a clean, legal, and viable way for the other seven gang members and himself to make money.

So when Viggo Tarasov told his newly recruited adviser to come up with an investment proposal, the former Brooklyn prosecutor excitedly told him, "Viggo! I found a great place to haul bricks!"

Viggo Tarasov: ...What the hell?

Inspired by John Wick, Law & Order (yes, it’s here again. I love this series), The Equalizer, and others. You can enjoy this without having watched the original shows.
