Fake, unhinged, max-level powerhouse bottom VS lazy, sweet-faced, black-hearted god top
Recently, a game called "The Third World" appeared out of nowhere and sparked a global craze at lightning speed
Qi Yu, a top-tier star of the divination streamers on a certain platform, was inexplicably forced into the game. "I want to quit the game. I don't want to play."
The System bound to him got straight to the point. "You say you're a beginner, so why do you have a max-level account?"
Qi Yu's expression darkened. His mind was filled with bright red OOC warnings, so he reluctantly agreed to go along with it for now.
After each instance ended, the man would always lean lazily against the Grim Reaper in black robes, exhaustion written across his face.
Everyone thought he was just a lucky con artist, someone whose predictions came true a little too often and who was a little too good-looking, clearing each level with the help of his powerful Grim Reaper card.
That was until the contents of the beginner instance were revealed
In a castle draped in red silk, its dignified master lifted his eyes. The dining table was laden with tempting, delicious food, and his gaze fell straight on the young man seated at the far end.
"Sneaking upstairs and disobeying me means you need to be punished."
Just as everyone expected the moody instance boss to fly into a rage, he only curled his lips into a smile. "Stay and keep me company."
Only later did players of The Third World realize that Qi Yu seemed to have cheats in every instance because they were all welcoming him: welcoming their eternal Creator, welcoming the meaning of their existence into this grand, sleepless party.
The live chat was filled with exclamation marks!!!
[How is he a helpless little flower? He's a vicious man-eating flower!!] [The streamer's combat ability is terrifying, and his luck stat is way too high...]
Qi Yu cleared each instance with such ease that he hadn't even used his trump card. He blinked innocently and said, "I haven't even logged into my main account yet."
Instance One:
Wedding at Sea: A renowned painter is holding a grand wedding in the Navilan Sea.
The salty sea breeze blew past. Everyone thought he was going to die, but the coldhearted groom made a live announcement as he searched for his runaway bride
The unruly, harmless-looking young man slipped into the crowd, using it to hide his trail. Then night fell, and sticky tentacles dragged him onto the deck, stroking his delicate skin without restraint.
Instance Two: Sunny Day Amusement Park
The amusement park was filled with fantastical attractions and joyful laughter. The visitors everywhere wore smiles, even as the park itself seemed steeped in the uncanny.
Qi Yu stood at the entrance to the haunted house. "Do I really have to go in?"
"Please, sir," said the grinning clown-costumed NPC.
As soon as he stepped inside, someone pulled him into an embrace. Qi Yu was deeply annoyed. "Get back in the card. How am I supposed to play when you're here?"
The Grim Reaper's gaze darkened, and he sounded a little aggrieved. "Then promise you'll let me out soon."
What was this? Why had the horror game turned into a dating game for him?
The boss of a famously nightmare-level instance went red-eyed the moment he saw Qi Yu. With a wave of his hand, he unleashed his ultimate move. Rose-pink petals filled the sky, and nothing survived where they fell.
Qi Yu, stunningly beautiful, only furrowed his brows. Faced with the man's suicide attack, he said helplessly, "Are you done yet?"
Only when his true identity was revealed did the colossal creature return to its original form. A tall, handsome man wrapped an arm around Qi Yu's waist and gently coaxed him, "Have you calmed down? Don't leave me trapped in the card. It's too cold in there."

2. Contains elements of Cthulhu Mythos.
3. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
4. A little horror, then romance. Another book in the author's catalog does the reverse.
