Damn, I Must Be Seeing Things...

Lin Ling comes from a family of Taoist exorcists, but he's never been able to see ghosts, and his talisman strokes always break on the very first line. He's an unmistakable good-for-nothing.

At eighteen, Lin Ling is finally given up on by his family and returns to an ordinary life for good: no talismans, no monsters, and no danger.

Lin Ling is quite satisfied. He meets a handsome mixed-race man at work, they get to know each other, date briefly, and get married.

On the first day of their marriage, Lin Ling drags his sore body out of the bedroom. His well-endowed, skilled new husband is busy in the kitchen, with a cluster of black, tangled tentacles trailing behind him, too unsettling to look at directly.

Lin Ling rubs his eyes.

The tentacles creep over and secretly, affectionately curl around his ankle.

...So the memory of being caressed by the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth hands last night wasn't a hallucination.

Damn it. This really is supernatural.

Later, everyone discovers that Lin Ling, the Taoist exorcist good-for-nothing, is actually born with the perfect physique for exorcising demons.
