A Planetary Adventure

The second planet Little Curiosity and her mother visit is the "Anxiety Planet." The people on this planet have huge, transparent heads like goldfish bowls, packed with dense words and thoughts.

"If we want to help them, what should we do?" Little Curiosity asks.

"First, they need to believe they need help," her mother says. "If they aren't asking for help, and you decide on your own to give them what you think they need, that's not kindness. It's arrogance. If the people of Anxiety Planet really want to change, you can offer them a mirror, or a video you've filmed, so they can see what they're doing to themselves. That way, some of them might realize that what they're doing isn't wise and stop feeding themselves anxious thoughts for a while..."
