The Amazing Little Penguin

Qiao Qiao is a little penguin. She loves studying and thinking, and whenever something happens, she always asks, “Why?” Unless someone helps her understand the point of doing something, she absolutely refuses to get started.

That also means Qiao Qiao is a sentimental little penguin. Most of the time, she can't find a “meaning” that satisfies her, and the other big penguins can't explain it either.
