Is the Original Story Messing With Me Again?!

▼ Laid-Back Bottom vs. Touch-Starved Top

1.

Xi Yuan is a spoiled rich second-generation heir. Then one day, a System suddenly appears in his mind and tells him he is a cannon-fodder character in a melodramatic novel.

Because the original author was careless, the novel is riddled with typos and its logic is a mess. Xi Yuan has to fix the plot so the male lead, Pei Yao, can follow the story and find love.

If he completes the tasks, he can change his cannon-fodder fate.

Xi Yuan thinks, how bad can a few typos possibly be? This job sounds easy. He accepts.

2.

System: "Plotline One: Through a twist of fate, the two enjoy the night together."

That night, Xi Yuan goes to the hotel where Pei Yao is staying.

And finds himself face-to-face with twenty thousand people.

Xi Yuan: ?

Wait, how are two people supposed to enjoy the night with twenty thousand others?

System: "Plotline Two: The affair comes to light, and Xi Yuan flies into a rage."

Xi Yuan shoves the tall Pei Yao away, about to say, "I hate you!"

But what comes out is, "I hate you~"

A passing middle-aged woman gives him a strange look.

System: "Plotline Three: Their relationship sours, and Xi Yuan resolves to commit murder."

Xi Yuan looks at Pei Yao, whom he has captured, and curls his lips into a cold smile. He plans to deliver a cool, arrogant line: "Hmph, let's see if I don't kill you."

But what he says is...

"Hmph, let's see if I don't screw you."

Pei Yao turns away, his face burning red.

Xi Yuan: ...

I want to die.

3.

Driven mad by the original story, Xi Yuan shakes off the System and starts doing whatever he likes.

He thinks there's no way he'll complete the tasks.

But then Pei Yao shows up and hands him a love letter.

Xi Yuan: ?

Dude, is something wrong with your brain?
