The Immortal Palace Is Full of Lunatics

1.

Qiao Qingyang is the most adored princess of the Eastern Sea, pure and charming, untouched by worldly concerns. But by imperial decree, she is forced to leave her free life in the waters, marry into the Immortal Palace, and become a concubine to Crown Prince Xi Yunli.

The crown prince is gentle and refined, yet frail and gravely ill. He keeps her at a distance, so Qiao Qingyang prepares to keep hers. But strangely,

the prince, weak and feeble by day, becomes so forceful at night that she can barely endure it.

2.

The Immortal Palace is rife with intrigue and schemes. Qiao Qingyang thinks she can protect herself by becoming pregnant.

But her good fortune does not last.

Xi Yunzhen, the crown prince’s half-brother, bathes the Immortal Palace in blood, seizes control of the realm, and reduces everyone to prisoners.

Qiao Qingyang alone is not only treated with care, but promised the position of Immortal Empress.

Convinced this is a grave humiliation, she resolves to take her own life, but a tall man grabs her by the wrist.

3.

Xi Yunzhen is nothing like his brother. He is capricious, with a sinister gaze, and no trace of gentleness.

Qiao Qingyang turns away, unwilling to look at him, but someone forcefully lifts her chin.

As they struggle together, his voice turns hoarse:

“That good-for-nothing is impotent. Who do you think the child belongs to?”

There is no romance or relationship while they are related.
