One day, Bo Yu decided to die.

After losing all his memories once again overnight, he wandered through life in a daze, unable to find a reason to go on. Then he discovered a locked box. All his secrets had to be inside.

To uncover the truth, the System answered his wish.

He returned to a world where he had supposedly "completed the mission" before. The beloved he had won over had fallen apart after he left, and the storyline was in chaos. His job was to take the place of a substitute and "comfort" the beloved all over again.

Once he completed the mission, he could regain everything.

The other man had trampled the original protagonist and risen to the top. As his "substitute," Bo Yu received a little affection, and, guided by memories that kept flashing back, steadily began winning him over again.

Yet whenever Bo Yu did something the beloved liked, the other man's expression would turn cold.

His favorability stayed stubbornly low, and the other man often looked at him strangely, as though he were seeing someone else.

"Why haven't you remembered yet... Why don't you recognize who I am?"

A little liar returning home x a possessive "beloved"

1. The protagonist is in a one-on-one relationship throughout. This is a pure romance. No pairing swaps or reversals. If that's what you want, you're in the wrong place.

2. The writing style may change.
