NPCs Fall into a □□ Love Triangle

As a minor NPC in the paranormal horror game Abyss, Yu Chu developed a will of her own. After failing to escape the game, her memories were erased.

Yu Chu forgot that she was an NPC.

After returning from a classmate's funeral, she began encountering one strange thing after another.

The dead came knocking, a man's sighs could always be heard beside her in the middle of the night, and Yu Chu woke up exhausted every morning.

A player came to her, offering to help. Yu Chu meekly agreed, but secretly hunted down the things haunting her one by one.

Livestream chat:

[I played this level before. Wasn't NPC Yu Chu different?]

[She's putting on an act, right? Acting pitiful and asking for help in front of people, then killing ghosts left and right behind their backs?!]

[Suddenly, I think the NPCs are more interesting than the players.]

So everyone tacitly shifted their attention to Yu Chu.

Each time Yu Chu moved to a new level, her memories were erased once more.

The story and the players changed, but the creatures haunting her only grew more and more deranged.

They watched her, trying to touch and lick her.

They lost again and again, yet kept coming back for more.

At last, Yu Chu became the highest-ranked NPC in the game. Her memories were restored, and she gained a new identity as a human.

On a sunny afternoon, Yu Chu was getting ready to take a bath.

In the steamy bathroom, the temperature suddenly dropped to freezing.

A familiar presence washed over her.

Yu Chu knew the creatures from the game had followed her.

Please note:

The female lead pretends to be an innocent, delicate flower, but is actually ruthless.

The male rivals include ghosts, players, and other NPCs, among others, but they are all one-sided crushes.

Also, every member of the male-rival group is a little abnormal.

Both the world inside the game and the world outside it are abnormal.

There is a male lead, but he appears late.
