Transmigrate into a book / Reborn / Master and disciple / Secret identity revealed / Regret and pursuit
A secret-identity-laden, luckless, lazy fish x a cool, sickly yandere whose wives always die
Blurb
Xie Sang transmigrates into a cultivation novel.
In the book, the villain Wu Wuguang and the heroine were fellow disciples who had known each other since childhood. For various reasons, they became enemies. Wu Wuguang eventually turned evil and became the story's greatest villain, plotting against and imprisoning the heroine, carving her flesh and stripping her bones, and making her wish she were dead.
The System tasks Xie Sang with reforming the story's great villain to save the heroine.
-
In her first life, she is the young villain's short-lived, wicked master.
Ten-year-old Wu Wuguang kneels beside the bed, holding out a bowl in both hands, smiling. "Master, drink your medicine."
Xie Sang: "..."
If she remembers correctly, there's enough poison hidden in that bowl to kill someone on the spot.
To reform the villain, she must reason with her, but also touch her heart. Xie Sang gives it everything she's got:
"A-Wu, do your wounds still hurt?"
"A-Wu, have you started to like Master a little?"
"A-Wu, your junior sister isn't here. Would you like Master to sleep with you tonight..."
-
Reborn for a second time, she is a lazy elder of a cultivation sect.
When the sect falls, Xie Sang manages to survive the sea of corpses and blood, only to see someone approaching in the distance, dressed in white and carrying a long sword. The person walks right up to her.
Only then does Xie Sang realize she'd never truly seen the person before her.
"Why didn't you kill me?"
Wu Wuguang wipes the blood from her sword and replies coolly, "Perhaps it's because you remind me of someone I know, Elder."
-
The third time she wakes, she has become a frail, sickly paragon of righteousness, chosen to lead the campaign against the heretics.
The campaign fails, and she is captured instead. Imprisoned deep inside the heretics' palace, Xie Sang cries out for help, but no one answers.
Wu Wuguang, the evil demon of the heretical sect who is said to be guilty of every crime under the sun, leans close to her ear and whispers obsessively, "Master, I was wrong. Please scold and punish me."
"You like your junior sister so much, Master. Shall I capture her and bring her to you, too?"
As her clothes are slowly stripped away, Xie Sang closes her eyes, trembling. But the whispering beside her ear doesn't stop. "Why won't you look at me, Master? Is A-Wu too ugly?"
-
Master, I want to keep you bound like this, so you'll stay by my side forever.
Both are each other's first. One-on-one romance, happy ending.
