To keep the novel's world from falling apart, Li Luo has no choice but to diligently follow the plot, acting lovestruck every day, going crazy for the CEO, losing her mind over him, and repeatedly banging her head against a wall.

But outside the boundaries of the novel's plot, Li Luo freely enjoys life as a wealthy heiress and even keeps a handsome young hottie on the side.

Li Luo thinks she only has to keep acting until the novel ends. Then the CEO will pin the heroine against the wall and kiss her, and Li Luo can bow out after a job well done, stop acting, and go wherever she pleases.

But somehow, things go wrong. When the day comes, the CEO pins her against the wall by the waist, his eyes red at the corners. He kisses her desperately, his voice hoarse, like a wounded beast. "You can have my life. Just don't leave, okay?"

Lu Yuyuan has known since childhood that Li Luo likes him.

Back when they played house in kindergarten, Li Luo insisted on being his bride. As they grew up, she confessed to him again and again, saying she would marry no one but him.

Since the Lu and Li families were close, and Li Luo's older brother was his friend, Lu Yuyuan had to be accommodating toward his friend's little sister. Even when Li Luo got jealous over him for no reason and went too far, he never held it against her.

But no matter how tolerant he was, Lu Yuyuan thought he didn't love Li Luo. He only saw her as a little sister.

Until one day, Lu Yuyuan witnessed the little sister who had been hopelessly in love with him since childhood passionately kissing and cuddling with a newly debuted young actor in a parking garage.
