But a few months later, her orderly home was taken over by cheap stuffed toys, and even her bedroom hadn't been spared.

Later, Chen Yushu fretfully asked her assistant to acquire the hospital next door so they could help Li Cheng, whose glands hadn't developed properly, present normally.

And in the end, Chen Yushu took off the pheromone suppressant patch at the nape of her neck of her own accord. Her eyes reddening, she held Li Cheng by the wrist. "Don't go looking for another Omega, okay...?"

Bonus scene:

Chen Yushu once told Li Cheng, "If there's something you want, fight for it with everything you've got."

Li Cheng followed those words and won every battle.

Until Chen Yushu kicked her off the bed.

Chen Yushu picked up the shoulder strap that had been pulled off and asked through gritted teeth, "Li Cheng, who taught you to be an Alpha like that?"

Li Cheng smiled at her. "You did."
