How to Raise a Laiyi Dumpling as a Superpowered Person

Mido Yui survived for ten years in the apocalypse, but the world was still destroyed. As a rare time esper, he used his ability in a self-destructive way to turn back the time of the entire world. Although he returned to the time before the apocalypse, he was penniless, so he happily joined some unlicensed distillery to get by and, along the way, started dating a sexy man with long black hair and green eyes. Then one day, while on a mission to hunt down a traitor, he realized something was off:

Wasn't that man with a hole in his chest on the rooftop a character from an anime he'd watched a few episodes of before the apocalypse? And the blond, dark-skinned young man glaring fiercely at him beside the body looked so familiar that he instinctively turned back time again...

Seven-year-old Hiro stared at his little hands: Is this one of the Organization's experiments, too?

Rei Furuya, the undercover Public Security officer, screamed: You bastard! What did you do to my childhood friend?!

Mido Yui: Great, so I didn't turn back time. I transmigrated into an anime? If I'd known, I'd have memorized the whole show instead of only watching the Police Academy arc!

A year later, FBI undercover agent Akai Shuichi defected.

Mido Yui: Gin! Put that Rye down and let me handle him!

Gin: Deal with your own ex-boyfriend.

Yui: No problem!

Turn back time, turn him into a kid, stuff him into a travel bag. Done.

Little Shu: ??? Has the Organization developed a time machine, too?

Yui: So cute! I want to keep him! I can't turn him back for the time being, so how about a little dress to make sure Gin doesn't recognize him?

Little Shu: ...

CP: Shuichi. Side CP: Hina and Rei.

The male lead is not completely black or white. He's a watered-down liquor, about as dark as Kurokawa Rin.
