My Online Love Comes From the Apocalypse

Ning Long recently got herself a boyfriend online.

Her boyfriend's voice could rival a top-tier voice actor's. He was gentle and considerate, practically flawless.

The only little problem was that she and her boyfriend seemed to have a bit of a generation gap.

When she ate lunch, her boyfriend said he was searching for supplies.

When she played games, her boyfriend said he was rescuing survivors.

When she went out for a stroll, her boyfriend said he was upgrading his special abilities.

All right, all right. She got it.

He was a doomsday enthusiast.

She'd play along.

But once, after she'd spent too long under the air conditioner, she was lying in bed looking listless when her boyfriend immediately said, "Tell me where you are. I'll come find you. Until then, please make sure you keep yourself safe."

Ning Long: ???

Her boyfriend... seemed to be taking his role a little too seriously.

In the end, she finally realized...

It wasn't that her boyfriend was too deep in character. She was just too naive!
