Going to the City to Find My Husband

There's joyous news in Xiushui Village: the treasured only son of the Lin family, just nineteen years old, is getting engaged!

As the news spread, Lin Dabao was lying sweaty in a cornfield, occupied with pleasure. What engagement? What wife? None of that could compare to the person who could bring him joy right in front of him: Zhou Dongmin.

The sky in his eyes was blue, the sun was warm, and life seemed full of promise. He had no idea this would be his last tryst with Zhou Dongmin.

That cornfield held all of Zhou Dongmin's passion. It was a tender refuge he couldn't bear to leave.

But he had no reason to stay.

After packing his bags and heading south, Zhou Dongmin had no idea that a certain silly little fool who missed him had run away from his engagement, then gotten lost and become a little drifter.
