The Unwilling Third Party [2020]

Yan Lengdan cheated.

The man was handsome, with broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and a lean, well-built frame. His brows and eyes were calm and composed. In bed, he always liked to hold Yan Lengdan close. Yan Lengdan would chatter away, never realizing that those black, usually placid eyes sometimes took on a cruel, sinister look when he wasn't watching.

The person cheated on x the cheating, wicked beauty.

Originally titled One-Sided Cheating, this story involves both sides cheating.

Mutual top-and-bottom, infidelity, and unapologetically awful people.

[Unrevised version, currently digging up extras and writing them whenever]

[Also titled Passive Cheating and One-Sided Cheating]

An early work, set in an alternate universe, with many flaws. Read with caution. Contains typos and deliberately altered words.

The writing style shifts somewhat between the first and second halves: the first is concise, the second less so. I was in a bad place and only revised half of it.

Theme: Preservation.
