The must-eat pick: a stunning investment-banking ED x a college guy
*
Qin Fei has made a name for herself in the industry as an investment-banking ED, and she has never lost a deal.
But everyone knows that despite her stunning looks, Ms. Qin has a personality so old-fashioned it's downright boring.
The most out-of-character thing she's ever done was get drunk one night and spend half an hour kissing a strange man.
He was young and handsome, and most importantly, the experience was really damn good.
The next morning, she woke to find a certain unspeakable kind of business card on the hotel bedside table.
Qin Fei understood. She had slept with someone in a certain line of work.
To make it clear she wasn't going to skip the bill, she left a note: "Last night was great. The money's on the table. I'm leaving first."

A few years into their physical relationship.
In the Guomao office.
On the desk lies a recommendation letter from her mentor, one she can't refuse.
Qin Fei glances at it, then gathers up her long hair, raises her eyes calmly, and looks at the man opposite her.
He stands straight and proper, dressed in a neat white shirt.
Only the brown backpack on his back is worn and faded.
Qin Fei lowers her head and signs with a flourish.
"Zhou Shuwen, your hiring paperwork is complete. You're joining my project team starting today."
After Zhou Shuwen leaves, a colleague teases her. "You hired the new guy so quickly. Don't tell me you fell for his looks?"
Qin Fei puts away the letter. "My mentor recommended him, so of course he's the best."
The colleague nods and jokes, "He certainly looks the part."
Qin Fei smiles helplessly, but her mind drifts to those intimate, sticky nights in the pouring rain.
And he was even better in bed.
On countless nights, Zhou Shuwen pinned her against the wall with one arm behind her back.
That neat white shirt had long since been torn to shreds by her.

It was a rainy night, too. Zhou Shuwen had ducked into a subway station to get out of the rain.
A woman reeking of alcohol suddenly collapsed into his arms.
Zhou Shuwen recognized her.
He had dreamed of her through all those days when he wanted to approach her.
Thinking she had recognized him, Zhou Shuwen was about to speak.
Qin Fei rested a finger on the tip of his nose. Her reddened eyes lifted slightly. "How much for the night?"
