Necromancer in the Wasteland

Shen Luo Chan, the continent's strongest necromancer, summons the gates of hell and commands countless wandering souls and undead. After slaying an Outsider demon, she unfortunately falls into a rift in space and time.

When she opens her eyes, she discovers that she has transmigrated to a wasteland world on the brink of the apocalypse.

This world has no magic. Only polluted humans, animals, and plants rampage across a land filled with ruins and wreckage, while the surviving life forms hide behind high walls, praying day and night.

She awakens on an ancient battlefield. A polluted creature beside her, barely clinging to life, says, "Back in the day, the pollution horde and the defenders fought here for three days and three nights. Countless high-level ability users and polluted creatures died on this land... We're nobodies, but it feels worth it to be buried alongside them."

Shen Luo Chan senses the immense force of death and resentment that saturates the battlefield. Looking at the high-level ability users and polluted creatures who refuse to leave even after death, still wandering the ancient battlefield, she smiles softly.

"Yes. It was worth it."

Death is the defining feature of this wasteland world. After a massive pollution event, the global population of ten billion dwindles to one hundred million.

Humanity's defenses crumble under the assault of pollution, until people have no choice but to retreat behind high walls and await the apocalypse.

Then Judgment Day arrives, and they see the heroes who died long ago in the struggle break free of death's grasp under the spells of a seemingly delicate young woman.

With their undying bodies, they descend upon the world once more, rising from the ruins to build an unbreakable line of defense.

On that day, the flame of human civilization blooms amid death, burning fiercely across the wasteland.

Short skit:

"I get it, but why did she bring the polluted creatures back to life too?"

"The polluted creatures follow her orders anyway, so it makes no difference."

"Does that mean the more polluted creatures we kill on the other side, the more polluted creature teammates we'll have?"

"Why does that sound so familiar... Good grief, the zombies were us all along!"
