Old Habits Die Hard

[The premise is unchanged; synopsis to be revised]

Li Zheng falls for someone. By chance, he meets Liu Guanmian, the person he likes's friend.

Although Liu Guanmian comes from a wealthy family, he never acts superior. He's warm and outgoing, like the summer sun, bright and dazzling.

After the two get to know each other, Li Zheng asks him to sound out the person he likes.

Liu Guanmian smiles and agrees.

Born into a wealthy family, Liu Guanmian is a pampered young master adored by everyone in their social circle. He has plenty of friends, including Li Xun, the person Li Zheng likes.

Passing by a swimming pool, they happen to witness two men fooling around. The atmosphere instantly turns icy.

Li Xun's mind goes blank. Just as he's about to say something to ease the tension, Liu Guanmian says coldly and with disgust, "Two men getting it on is so gross."

Li Xun quickly goes along with him. "Yeah, it's disgusting."

Liu Guanmian gives a scornful laugh. "If a man ever confessed to me, I'd never speak to him again for the rest of my life."

"What about you, Li Xun? I remember you're pretty popular with men."

Li Xun: "If a man confessed to me, I'd be so disgusted I'd throw up."

Liu Guanmian smiles. "You'd better really say that to him."

Li Xun never expected a man to actually confess to him the next day. He turned him down excitedly, adding a whole string of insults.

Not long after, Li Xun discovered that the man he'd rejected had a boyfriend. He caught them passionately kissing.

And that boyfriend was none other than Liu Guanmian, who had told him how disgusting it was to be confessed to by a man!

Li Xun: ...?
