The Concubine Is the Top

He Xia transmigrates and becomes a poor man's concubine, about to spend her wedding night.

Her husband is a pedantic scholar who does nothing but study by rote. He's squandered the family fortune until they can barely afford food, and his first wife, seeing no future in their marriage, has gone off to become a wealthy merchant's secondary wife.

Wedding night.

He Xia looks at her husband, who's been drunk by his colleagues, and smiles faintly. Beneath the red curtains, they spend a night of passion.

The next day.

Shen Junsheng aches all over. Clutching his bleeding backside, he recalls the debauchery of the previous night and curses furiously.

"You wretched concubine! You're a man! I'm reporting you to the authorities!"

He Xia bites Shen Junsheng's ear and threatens him in a low voice. "Then I'm afraid the whole town will hear about how you couldn't keep yourself in check."

As she speaks, He Xia shows Shen Junsheng the erotic male-male paintings she's made.

Shen Junsheng's eyes bulge with rage, and he's on the verge of taking his own life. How could someone this shameless exist?

Shen Junsheng is completely under He Xia's thumb.

He Xia forces him to sell his calligraphy and paintings and open a shop. Before long, he gradually gives up on pursuing an official career.

As time goes by, Shen Junsheng suddenly realizes that the family seems to be doing better and better.

P.S. The top is not a virgin.
