The Only Healing-Type Little One on the Continent

Cat Xiao Qi is a stray kitten who makes a living picking fruit and trading it for things.

One day, he finds a human older brother covered in wounds. The brother is a bit scary, but he wipes Xiao Qi's paws and drives away bad people when they bully him. Xiao Qi thinks he's the best treasure he's ever found.

Later, Xiao Qi and his brother go to the biggest academy in the beastfolk district. Among all the powerful beastfolk, Xiao Qi is found to have a rare, gentle wood element.

"It would be even better if he had a healing element."

Many beastfolk say this. Everyone starts to like Xiao Qi, and he is very happy. His brother, however, isn't so pleased.

As Xiao Qi grows up, he is criticized for never awakening elemental power. But no one in the beastfolk district dares bully him, because Xiao Qi has a powerful older brother backing him up.

"Xiao Qi likes Big Brother best."

The kitten has been sweet and clingy since childhood. After being separated from his brother for several years because of an incident, he grows shy and awkward, greeting him stiffly with, "Long time no see."

Mo Qing, who has been going crazy searching for his kitten, looks at him. "Did you forget how to call me Big Brother?"

On the continent of Kalia, humans and beastfolk live side by side. Humans have mental power, while beastfolk have elemental power.

Beastfolk eat humans, while humans can kill beastfolk and acquire their elemental power to strengthen their own mental power.

Humans and beastfolk are constantly at war.

The Platinum Kingdom is the strongest human nation. Its emperor, Mitchell, possesses the strongest beastmark. Beastmarks are obtained by hunting beastfolk. He has killed countless beastfolk and humans, and the world calls him a tyrant.

During a battle, just as Mitchell's sword is about to pierce Xiao Qi, the beastmark on his neck starts to glow.

Everyone knows that a glowing beastmark means a blood relative is nearby.

This kitten is the child of the beast marked on his body.

The world doesn't know that a beastmark doesn't have to be obtained by killing a beastfolk. It can also be acquired by being intimate with one.

This kitten is also Mitchell's child.

Years later, just after Xiao Qi comes of age, a flame mark appears on his neck, while Mo Qing, the king of the Fire Kingdom, gets a little cat mark on his ear.

Mitchell's face darkens. He grabs his weapon and goes to pick a fight with the audacious bastard.

Xiao Qi hurries to stop them both. "Don't fight, don't fight!"

The old father is nearly driven mad. "What did he do to you?! Did he bully you?!"

Xiao Qi's face turns bright red in an instant.

Mo Qing openly admits, "I'm his now."

Cold on the outside, warm on the inside, a neat freak with a sharp tongue (Mo Qing) x innocent, carefree little ray of sunshine (Cat Xiao Qi)
