[Honkai: Star Rail + Infinite Flow] Blade of Nightmares

CP: Blade (Yingxing) x Dan Heng (Imbibitor Lunae), no switching, no breaking them up

Mad, obsessive female ghost (?) seme x cold, distant dragon lord uke

Once again, it's my favorite pairing combined with an infinite-flow setup. The original setting plays a relatively small role, but there may still be major differences from official canon. (After all, we're only at version 1.2, and the story's lore hasn't been fully revealed yet, but I've already outlined this book.)

I'm more inclined toward the idea that Heng and Feng are one person, so beware if that's not your thing.

The Xianzhou Luofu is full of long-life species who are easily hundreds of years old. Yingxing came to the Xianzhou as a young man to study the art of forging, and decades have passed since then. Though now middle-aged, he has never regretted being short-lived.

He pursues only the pinnacle of craftsmanship and has never envied the Xianzhou people's longevity. What's more, he was fortunate enough to meet four friends in this life. He once thought he would reach the end of his life in peace, never imagining that disaster would strike so suddenly.

He and Dan Feng used the forbidden miracle of dragon transformation to save a friend, but instead turned her into a mindless monster. By a cruel twist of fate, Yingxing also fell into mara as a mortal, becoming an immortal, undying monster.

After dying and being resurrected in agony time and time again, Yingxing developed an intense hatred for his former close friend, Dan Feng. The love and hatred that once burned so fiercely became hopelessly tangled, driving him mad. There were five of them, and he, too, would have to pay the price!

The genius craftsman Yingxing died in the dark abyss of the universe. The only one who survived was Blade, born to exact revenge!

After wandering like a living corpse for who knows how long, Blade accidentally arrived in a realm of nightmares. The realm's master promised to grant his obsession if Blade became their Emanator and gathered enough fear within the nightmare realm.

But Blade never expected to find him so soon!

Heh heh heh... Hahahahaha! Imbibitor Lunae! Imbibitor Lunae! We're both unforgivable sinners, yet you've forgotten everything you did!

You can't escape. Until you atone for your sins, my revenge will never end!

Theme: Love life, and don't fear hardship.
