A Qin Shi Huang Maid's Daily Life (Transmigrated to the Qin Dynasty)

[To be published on 2026.10.28] Also known as "A Fang"

Fang Li is reborn as A Fang, a servant girl by Ying Zheng's side, ordered to keep watch on the hostage Zheng.

She waits for the day she is commanded to secretly kill him.

At the time, Ying Zheng is still called Zhao Zheng.

As a hostage in Zhao, Zheng is trapped in a life of hardship and misery.

Fang Li stays by his side.

The master and servant go from scheming against each other to relying on each other for years.

As the only attendant by the hostage Zheng's side,

she witnesses the most wretched and humiliating circumstances of the future First Emperor's youth.

Years later, the hostage Zhao Zheng steps over a sea of blood and bones, returning to Xianyang one step at a time.

At last, he seizes the throne of Qin, becoming King Ying Zheng, abandoned by all.

When the six kingdoms fall and the land is united,

Emperor Qin Shi Huang launches a massive building project in the imperial capital, constructing the Epang Palace,

to take his dead wife A Fang as his empress, with all under heaven as her bride-price...

From the male lead's perspective:

As a young man, the First Emperor Ying Zheng is a miserable hostage in Handan.

The only person by his side is a frail little servant girl.

That servant girl stays with him through his humiliating life as a hostage,

running for their lives through Handan, hiding from place to place, and enduring every hardship.

She stays with him as he wails and rages in a mass graveyard in the dead of night, venting his helplessness and despair.

His only regret in life is that he never made her his empress.

He even spends the rest of his life searching for her remains, without finding them despite conquering the six kingdoms.

He seeks immortals and the Way for her, searching for a way to grant her eternal life and bring her back...

Happy ending
