This novel is also known as: "The Stammering Beta Caught the Eye of a Cruel Alpha"
Song Lianzhou is a Beta, with outstanding looks, excellent grades, and a prominent family.
His only flaw is that he stammers and has trouble speaking smoothly.
One day, he carried his drawing board up a mountain to sketch, and happened to meet the famous singer Xie Hanzhi, who had come to clear his head.
For some reason, Xie Hanzhi's eyes turned red as he dragged Song Lianzhou into a room, pinned him against the door, and kissed and bit him, not even letting his feet touch the ground.
Song Lianzhou was furious and flustered. "L-look carefully! I'm... I'm..."
Xie Hanzhi's voice was hoarse, his gaze growing more intense. "I know. You're a Beta."
This was ridiculous. His pheromones were actually reacting to a Beta.
No one had ever bullied Song Lianzhou like this before. When he got home, he was so upset he could barely stand it, but he didn't dare tell his eldest brother, so he just stewed in silence.
A few days later, his eldest brother had to go abroad on a business trip, so he asked a friend to look after Song Lianzhou for a few months.
When Song Lianzhou saw that familiar, punchable face in the private room they'd agreed to meet in, he turned to leave.
He swallowed the refusal on his lips. Xie Hanzhi put on a respectable face and told his eldest brother, "Don't worry. I'll take good care of our little brother."
Then Xie Hanzhi looked at Song Lianzhou and smiled. "Hello, new roommate~"
Song Lianzhou: "..."
Theme: Be brave enough to accept things and face them with optimism.
