My Mental State Is a Little Unstable

The first time Fang Bowen saw Liang Sijing, he knew this woman was nothing but trouble: vain, stubborn, and prone to melancholy... Most importantly, she was currently putting on a tragic romance act, pretending to be devoted to a jerk.

But plans never keep up with change.

"A relationship? You and me?"

Liang Sijing had suffered enough to know better, and decisively said, "No way. That'd be like a fish riding a bicycle or a monkey riding a rocket. Besides, my mental state isn't very stable, as you know."

Fang Bowen smiled, perfectly calm. "If something ridiculous happens often enough, it becomes the truth. I can't get you a rocket, but I can probably buy you a bicycle."

Liang Sijing: "..."

Liang Sijing's first impression of a certain someone, in her own words:

"Fang Bowen? He's handsome, but he has such wingman energy."

"How so?"

"Let me give you an example. In most TV dramas, the male lead is so aloof he's practically mute. A character like that usually needs a designated wingman to pass messages and help out. He's handsome, with the standard sharp brows, bright eyes, and thin lips. He's rich, but not as rich as the male lead. He's outgoing, nonthreatening, hugely popular, and a bit of a smart-mouth. His job is to help the main couple work through their problems. Oh, and he's preferably a doctor or a psychiatrist. Most of them also play the womanizer, serving as a contrast to the male lead, and eventually get a 'chase your wife to the crematorium' arc."

"Fang Bowen is exactly that kind of guy."

This should be a pretty lively story.
