World One: Hero and Villain

The righteous hero, battered from protecting the people he had sworn to defend and with nowhere left to go, stumbled onto the villain’s territory.

The hero struggled to his feet and fought him, every blow landing hard, each one aimed at taking the other man’s life. But in the end, the hero ran out of strength and collapsed helplessly in the rain.

The villain held a knife to the hero’s throat. All he had to do was press it forward an inch to remove his final obstacle.

The villain said nothing. As the hero gasped for breath, he suddenly turned the knife around and, under the hero’s bewildered gaze, cut open his own collar.

World Two: Swordsman and Demon Lord

The swordsman always wore a bamboo hat and never showed his face. His sword never stopped for anyone, except the unfathomably powerful Demon Lord.

He assassinated the Demon Lord 101 times, and failed all 101 times.

Every attempt was made with all his strength, the blade at the other man’s throat, a mere millimeter from taking his life.

Until one day, the swordsman traveled back to the Demon Lord’s youth through an ancient divine mirror.

The young Demon Lord, hunted for his unique bloodline, lay covered in mud in the rain, his eyes brimming with despair and hatred.

In the end, the swordsman couldn’t bear to leave him there. He took him home, washed him clean, and stayed until his wounds healed. But the ancient mirror’s power lasted only half a month. The swordsman merely said, “I’ll be right back,” and never returned.

Back in the present, the swordsman accidentally had his bamboo hat knocked off by the Demon Lord’s sword wind.

World Three:

Gentle teacher and ruthless school bully

“Teacher, don’t you like saving people? Then save me, too.” The school bully leaned against the stairs and spoke as if he couldn’t care less.

World Four: Hero and Demon King
