The Strongest Assassin in the Universe

In her seventeenth year since transmigrating to the interstellar age, Xia Mang received an acceptance letter.

[Dear Xia Mang,

You have been accepted into this school's Ability Studies program. Please report for enrollment with this letter on August 28, 20XX, Star Calendar.]

Xia Mang: This is hilarious. They run scams in space, too?

She'd given up on the chuunibyou idea of superpowers back in elementary school.

She didn't take it seriously, assuming it was a prank. That is, until one day, the head of her Blue Star, accompanied by a crowd of people banging gongs and drums, came to see her.

Clutching her hand, the head of the planet choked out, "You're the first person with superpowers on our planet."

Xia Mang: ?

After the head of the planet explained, Xia Mang understood. People with superpowers really did exist in this world. They were one in ten thousand, and you couldn't find a single one on an entire planet.

She wasn't just the first person with superpowers in Blue Star Village. She was also the first in Sun Town.

Xia Mang: ...Oh.

It felt like being the only college student in the entire village.

Carrying the hopes of her entire field, Xia Mang set out for a major planet to continue her studies.

As someone from a rural planet, Xia Mang was cautious and knew the wisdom of "keep your head down until the end, and you'll have everything."

That is, until she took out her acceptance letter and read the details below.

A teacher at the registration desk asked what she hoped to do in the future.

During the joint entrance exam:

"Hehehe, you never realized I've been here all along!"

During her internship:

"Everyone, I've drawn the monsters' aggro! Hurry and rescue the people!"

She could silently take down monsters when on the attack, or draw aggro and absorb all the enemy fire when retreating. Once it was over, she'd brush off her sleeves and vanish, concealing her name and achievements.

Everyone: The fact that assassins can exist in space is ridiculous.
