A man with a secret crush
To help her best friend out of a tight spot, Wen Chuyi joins a dating reality show for ordinary people, where she runs into her high school classmate, Lu Wenzhou.
In Wen Chuyi's memory, Lu Wenzhou was a well-known model student in high school: quiet and always keeping to himself. The production team tells her to pair up with him as a couple.
Wen Chuyi doesn't even have to think about it. Given how he used to keep to himself, he's bound to refuse.
But the next day, her best friend tells her that Lu Wenzhou actually agreed.
The two film the show as a couple, holding hands and embracing. The sweet pink bubbles around them make everyone envious, and Lu Wenzhou keeps showering her with romantic lines. Sometimes Wen Chuyi even feels as if she's really dating him.
As filming nears its end, Wen Chuyi marvels at how wonderful Lu Wenzhou is, saying even his sweet talk is so eloquent, and jokingly asks where he learned it.
The wind is strong by the sea at night. Faint light falls over his figure, but it isn't enough to illuminate his eyes.

Later, his friend asks what the condition was.
He turns to the page with Wen Chuyi's name on it and says, "I want her to be my girlfriend."
