Is It Wrong to Work in HR for the Black Organization?

I found a new job as an HR employee for the Black Organization. I work from eight in the morning to ten at night, the pay is great, and the job is a nightmare.

8:00 a.m. Clock in, eat breakfast, screen resumes, and contact candidates to schedule interviews for the next day.

10:00 a.m. Start planning tomorrow's organization event. Three proposals in a row get rejected. I'm in a terrible mood.

12:00 p.m. Gin calls to say they're running out of duct tape for tying people up in the interrogation room. I rush out to buy more. I remember that a few riding crops have broken too, so I pick some up while I'm at it. When I file for reimbursement, Finance yells at me for wasting money.

2:00 p.m. Interview the job applicants from the day before and come away with three promising new hires.

6:00 p.m. At a group event for the organization, I go to the bathroom. When I come back, I hear that an employee blew up a skyscraper. I get yelled at again.

10:00 p.m. Just as I'm about to clock out, I hear that a member is dead. I'm forced to work overtime arranging the funeral and compensation for the family.

2:00 a.m. On my way home, I stumble across a murder scene, witness an elementary school student solve the case, and end up being taken to the police station to give a statement.

7:00 a.m. Go home, take a shower, then clock in at the office again.

Qingshui Ye: One of these days, I'm going to blow this damn company to bits :)

[Reader's Guide]

1. A silly, chaotic daily-life story about the Black Organization. Written in a fit of madness, with no concern for logic.

2. I can't promise the characters will stay completely in character, but I'll do my best to avoid that.

3. Pairing undecided. I'll give it serious thought once I start writing.

3. Mainly Detective Conan, with a little Jujutsu Kaisen crossover, but not much.

Theme: Even when work is exhausting, remember to take care of yourself.
