Xiao Fu is a little author who loves writing about scum gong stories. The shou in his books are more miserable than the last, and they're all honest, mild-mannered types who never fight back.
Fortunately, hardly anyone reads his work, and he rarely gets flamed. Then one day, a gray hamster charged into his house, beat him up, and ordered him to give his characters a new gong.
Xiao Fu: “Here's the pen. You write it.”
[First World: Insecure, unloved, honest shou × cold-faced catlike nonhuman evil god gong]
Song Qixue had been kidnapped for six years. By the time he was found and brought home, everything had changed.
The year he was kidnapped, his mother had been so heartbroken she nearly fainted. To move on from the trauma, his parents had another son, whom they named Song Qiyuan.
Song Qixue realized that it seemed like nobody liked him.
His parents preferred his younger brother. His teachers and classmates preferred his younger brother. Even his former fiancé preferred his younger brother.
His fiancé had dismissed the cookies Song Qixue gave him as cheap, and his classmates ended up eating them all.
He went camping with his classmates, but a sudden downpour separated him from the group, and he got lost in the mountains.
He went to a banquet with his parents, but a fire broke out downstairs. Trapped in the restroom, he suffered burns over most of his face.
Song Qixue had been beaten so much as a child that no matter how people treated him, he didn't dare get angry or think anything was wrong.
So when kidnappers took both him and his younger brother, he sincerely wanted his fiancé and parents to give him up.
Suddenly, a giant hamster fell from the sky and landed on his head.
The giant hamster hefted a pen, striking a cocky pose, and spoke like a human: “Baby, just wait. I'll save you right away...”
The hamster put pen to paper: “I was reborn. I've returned to the day I was brought back to the Song family. This time...”
The kidnappers watched in horror as one of their hostages dropped dead without warning.
After being reborn, the giant hamster came to ask him again: “I'm going to find you a new husband. Is there anyone you'd like?”
Blushing, Song Qixue said, “He loves me... As long as he loves only me, that's enough.”
The giant hamster thought long and hard. A good, honest baby like Song Qixue needed a powerful husband, so he picked up his pen and began to write...
Song Qixue found his new husband downstairs in his residential complex.
His new husband was a little fierce.
Whenever those people came to provoke him again, his husband's slap had already landed before Song Qixue could even frown.
And... having only just become human, his husband needed to be taught about a lot of things.
Fortunately, Song Qixue had always been patient.
[Second World: Mutated, honest vine shou × fierce beauty snake gong]
When the little vine first took human form, a high-level ability user found him and brought him back to the base.
The ability user was nice. He gave the little vine water, and after going out to fight, he would share his crystal cores with him.
The little vine worked harder and harder, throwing himself into every fight. But then he encountered a fire-breathing zombie, and while shielding his teammates, he was burned down to a short stub of vine.
Fortunately, a kind hamster planted him in the soil and caught a water-spraying snake to keep watch over him every day.
The hamster chattered away beside his flowerpot, saying how awful those humans were. They'd been exploiting him for black-market labor. One swing of his vine could kill ten zombies, yet those heartless humans gave him only two crystal cores.
The little vine was furious. He and the black snake snuck into the human foundation and stole a huge supply of crystal cores. Generous as he was, the little vine gave half to the black snake.
The black snake refused. He said that according to human tradition, one repaid a life-saving favor by giving oneself in marriage. That meant they were now a snake-and-vine married couple.
In human society, the wife was in charge of the household finances.
Holding a sack of crystal cores, the little vine felt dizzy as he thought, Humans are devious and cunning, but these customs aren't half bad.
The third world is yet to be decided...
