A Youthful Divorce

"Yu Binghe's dad won't let her go to school and keeps trying to marry her off. What era does he think we're in? Ha! After she gets married, will she have to take her husband's surname, too?"

"She could marry someone else with the surname Yu and keep hers! What a coincidence, there's someone right here."

Yu Bai finally looked up and followed everyone's gaze. There she was: Yu Binghe, blood still on her forehead, crouched under a desk at the back of the classroom, flipping through a book of chess problems.

From that day on, they became "husband and wife."

The "divorce" of the little Yu couple. They're such a lovely couple. I wrote this quickly in one sitting, and looking back, it really is pretty rough. Anyway, I hope you all like them!

The gag about two people being teased as a couple because they have the same rare surname comes from the online comic Youth Divorce. Other than that, I didn't use any references. The comic is about two people making a journaling app together, and it's great, too, ww.

Anyway, please read it like your life depends on it, ww.
