[The Glory] A Shattered Life

(I just want to write a complete scumbag story. A rotten personality can be captivating.)

Jiang Wenshi is a scumbag, and a miserable one at that. He doesn't deny Wen Dong'en's judgment of him: "When you can't beat someone stronger, you take out your need to feel important on someone weaker." He's always been pushed around, and she's right.

But what else could he do? She called the police after he had offered her his protection like a handout, and she repaid him with ingratitude.

So she deserved it. So did he.

His life has fallen to pieces. The only place he can find any sense of control is over those beneath him.

(Warning: The plot is extremely, extremely, extremely chaotic. The male lead really is a terrible person who helps fuel the bullying, but later he'll suffer humiliation and face revenge.)

(The author likes power-play.)

I watched the show and liked Ha Do-young. I really like him. But let's see where the story takes the couples. (Honestly, every character is distinct and worth... ahem.)

Theme: Evil deeds will be punished.
