Is There Anything Wrong with a Male Influencer Wanting to Get Famous?

Ambitious, dumb muscle man x sharp-witted, foul-mouthed woman with a strong desire for revenge

Lin Zhuang, an internet celebrity who made a name for himself online by doing things his own way, recently signed with an influencer agency.

He'd heard that the agency had recruited the screenwriter behind the viral short-form web series My Father's Fourth Concubine.

Lin Zhuang's goal is clear: he wants to become famous as soon as possible with this screenwriter's new series.

He has no idea where he heard that, to stand out from a crowd of handsome men and make people think you're "got something going for you," becoming the male lead requires you to act like a diva now and then.

So on his first day at the company, he orders the new media operations girl who joined the same day to bring him tea and do this and that for him.

The girl is a "pushover" too. She lets him boss her around, smiling sweetly as she goes along with it.

That is, until their manager comes over to greet them and asks their names and positions.

"Lin Zhuang, short-video influencer, Lin DouDou."

"Shentu Yan, new media operations, screenwriting track."
