Shen Yu always thought the biggest secrets in his family were where his dad hid his private savings and the fact that his older brother was being kept by a rich woman. Then he grew a shimmering, iridescent fish tail. He stared at it, bewildered. Had his mom really been telling the truth all along? Had his dad actually fished him up? The Shen family had been worried sick. Their youngest son still hadn’t awakened his bloodline after twelve years, so they decided the whole family would pretend to be ordinary humans and let him live out his life that way.
