[Character: A genius with white hair, white eyes, heavy dark circles, and an exceptionally high IQ. An unhinged INTP bottom.]
[Story:
He was dragged into horror survival-game instances when he was young. Thanks to his outstanding intelligence, he solved one mystery after another and survived to the end. But because he didn't understand ghostly social etiquette or the twists and turns of the world of profit, he missed out on the winner's pension he was supposed to receive. Penniless, he was sent back to reality, with nothing to his name but a few ghost NPC fans who had followed him all the way out of the survival-game instances.
At first, he didn't care much and planned to scrape by one day at a time in the slums. But all kinds of strange new cases kept coming his way, each more bizarre and supernatural than the last. A victim's eyes might split and multiply into eighteen parts due to some unknown external force; a suspect's portrait might grow a crocodile head.
While the police were still doubting themselves and falling apart in the face of phenomena beyond their understanding, Scalia had already excitedly found a new way to earn his keep: opening a private detective agency specializing in the bizarre contamination cases he was best at investigating. He lived in the poorest, most rundown Ninth District, and the government had assigned him room 36 in the slums. Since he planned to make a living investigating the bizarre, he gave his detective agency the suitably casual name Ninth District, Room 36: Bizarre Investigation Office.
And so the story of Ninth District, Room 36: Bizarre Investigation Office begins.]
[An urban supernatural mystery with Cthulhu elements and ghostly NPCs from survival-game instances.]
[An ensemble cast with a main group, made up of the detective agency's members. But Scalia is unquestionably at the center.]
[The bottom's character is roughly like this:
(A phone camera points at the face of a white-haired boy.)
In a monotone, without a trace of emotion: "Hello, everyone. Today, I'm streaming a follow-up to that ghoul murder case from last time. Just watch casually. Why am I suddenly streaming after such a long break? Because I'm broke."
(Reads the comments.) "I picked the wrong streaming category? I put it under gaming instead of lifestyle? Oh, that's fine. I can add some sports commentary later. Just watch it like a game."
(A ghoul lunges at him.) (He starts commentating.) "These monsters usually spawn near underground caves. They're common, low rarity, and their weaknesses are pretty obvious. Usually, all you need to..."
(The monster knocks him down.) "Usually, all you need to..."
(The monster swipes at him. He dodges with a turn of his head, still expressionless.) "Usually, all you need to..."
(He draws a dagger and plunges it into the monster. Blood splatters across the boy's face, and the monster collapses with a howl.) "One stab like that will take it out. If you've learned something, type 1 in the comments."
(He bends at the waist in a bow. Blood drips from his hair into his collar. He remains expressionless, as if nothing has happened.) "If you have the means, feel free to try it yourselves. That's all for my demonstration. Thanks for your support."
(He reads the comments, his voice growing a little excited.) "Thanks to our big spender for the Super Rocket! Wishing you good health and every success!"
