A Diary of Raising Little Ones in Honmaru

A-Rank Honmaru No. 24 has finally shed its status as a training Honmaru and gotten its own Saniwa!

There's just one thing... the Saniwa's age...

The swords and eight-month-old Akasaka Wataru stared at each other.

No one said he'd be this tiny!!

The sword tsukumogami go on sorties and gather resources by day, then play with him and change his diapers at night. They're determined to raise the sweetest, most considerate little one!

Just when they've finally raised Wataru into an obedient and adorable child, his powerful spiritual energy attracts all kinds of trouble!

First, youkai keep showing up of their own accord, vying to become his shikigami and fighting over custody. They reluctantly agree to live together in the Honmaru after seeing the little one's smile. Then the Saniwa starts accidentally dropping into different worlds!

You humans! You're not even from the same world as us, so why are you fighting to raise our little one too?

Can't you go find your own kids?!

The price of powerful spiritual energy is a tenuous bond with blood relatives.

Fortunately, the only decent thing his blood relatives ever did was find him a reliable 'family.'

The miracles and love he receives from the sword tsukumogami and shikigami help him grow, again and again.

All relationships are familial or platonic.

A few little tips:

1. This is Wataru's growing-up story, and I'll write it in great detail, so it'll be long. It's a slow and steady kind of story, with lots and lots of detail!

2. There are lots of personal headcanons, so please forgive any out-of-character moments.

3. I'm not a professional writer. This is just a hobby. My injury keeps recurring, and I spend half a year at a time in the hospital. I write on the spur of the moment to keep my spirits up during those stretches. I'll post a notice in the pinned thread if I need to take a break, and I'll explain why~

The blond Traveler and his emergency food were generous and had many friends. They enthusiastically recommended Chef Lanyang's handmade Teyvat Fried Eggs to everyone they met...

And so the legend of the miraculous Teyvat Fried Egg Warrior officially spread!
