Companion of the Dragonfly

Dragonflies Flew Through Her Childhood [First-Person POV]

The summer my great-grandfather died, I met Yin Mingjing.

He stayed by my side through the long years of my youth: elementary school, middle school, high school, and university. We were always together.

They say dragonflies caught by people turn into buttons after they die. I think Yin Mingjing was that dragonfly-button, left behind to keep me company after my great-grandfather died.
